when a pet a friend is hungry they look to you to full fill that feeling of hunger
when there thirsty they look to you for a drink
look in your friends eyes if there ill you will see the same glint looking to you for comfort and peace to take away there pain
thats why if you have ever made the unselfish decision to euthanasia your best friend you my not think it t the time but you are providing what the friends come 2 look at you for all its life and its the most loving thing u can do for them in there bad suffering times

What a Beautiful post the decision to take our much loved member of the family for euthanasia, has to be one of the most painful, soul searching, emotional decision that we ever have to make, but as you quite rightly say it is the last act of love we can do for them, to prevent suffering, I am sure you will agree with me it would be lovely if our loved ones drifted peacefully to sleep unaided but the reality sadly is we have to give nature a gentle hand, with a wonderful veterinary staff there to support us,and perhaps family and friends Love and affection Deborah xxx
