Animal friends will be remembered on our Today We Remember page on the anniversary of their death.

Animal friends that passed away within the last 3 years will also be remembered on our Facebook page. Please note that only memorials with a photo included and the date of death recorded can be shared on Facebook.

Socks

With softest paws, a loving purr, a lick on my nose in the morning
I am still here my friend, in the dewdrops of dawn,
Don't cry for me,no more tears, my friend,
Don't you cry, tears are not aloud,
As you lie awake in bed, I am still there
Curled up around your head as i've always been,

I've left a space on my pillow for your slender form
You always know where to lie, snuggled up and warm.
Do not weep,no more tears,for I am not in pain
But on my own pillow, asleep, curled up with my mum.
Angels have taken away my pain and hurt
Do not fear my friend, for I am with the angels now
Where there is no pain.
In God's arms, on softest cloud
Goodbye my friend until at last
With God's love and in Heaven's care
Your milk and food are waiting here
When your hunger calls.

Close your eyes now,with just your silent Purr
There is a pillow just for you.
You are with your mum just now,
Close your eyes now, go to sleep
Rest your paws, upon my silent wings
Until at last he calls ME home
