Sheppy
I didn't know this dogs name, I have chosen to call him Sheppy. I don't even know his/her owner. What I do know is I saw this beautiful dog hit by a car in Old Swan, Liverpool as I was on my way to run the race for life. The owner was running after his 2 dogs, they must of got out of the garden, they both ran across the dual carriage way, the first one made it, Sheppy didn't. The look on his owners face as he threw his arms up in the air when he saw it happen. Sheppy didn't stand a chance. Those images are still as clear in my head now as they were the day it happened......At least I don't think Sheppy suffered, it was instant.....R.I.P Sheppy, be happy at Rainbow Bridge, I will never forget you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
